Donation Opportunities to Consider

Sponsor an Equine Therapy Visit to a Facility

$250 Per Visit

The cost for a one-hour visit with one of our miniature horses to a nursing home, assisted living facility, group home, treatment facility, school, or activity involving individuals with special needs.

Our horses have brought smiles to individuals in memory care units who have not smiled in months, joy to patients in hospice care, words to seniors and children who have not spoken in months or ever.  They have been a reason for people to speak, to take steps, to interact, to tell stories from their childhood.  They have relieved stress, loneliness, insecurity, and depression.  And they have assuaged fears and been a source of connection, empowerment and self-confidence.  Your donation will enable one of these highly therapeutic visits!

Goes to the care and feeding of a program horse for one week.

All our horses used in the Therapeutic Riding & Equine Assisted Activities Program are uniquely trained for their jobs.  It takes a unique equine with specific temperament and learning skills to assist in such therapy…and ours are even more special.
